1985 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet

This black-on-black 1985 Porsche 911 Carrera cabriolet was optioned with the M491 Turbo Look package, which added front and rear spoilers as well as wider rear bodywork. Powered by a 3.2-liter flat-six paired with a 915 five-speed manual transaxle, the car is equipped with a limited-slip differential, 16 Fuchs-style wheels, power-adjustable sport seats, cruise control, and air conditioning, and has been fitted with Bilstein dampers, a Bluetooth-capable Continental head unit, and an aftermarket exhaust system The M491 package included Turbo-specification brakes, anti-roll bars, trailing arms, and torsion bars, and Bilstein dampers have been added. An engine-out service was completed approximately 1k miles ago, at which time the transmission is said to have been rebuilt by Porsche expert Wicky Laurie.. An aftermarket exhaust system is fitted. Additional work just completed was the upgrade of Griffiths air conditioning, new leather on seats and dash pad, suspension, and brake work, as well as fuel lines. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other reported damage since its first entry in November 1989. The paint is spectacular on the car as reflected in the pictures posted. The car recently received a new, correct soft top. Records are included in the thick file of service receipts.
