1985 Mercedes-Benz 500SL

1985 Mercedes-Benz 500 SL 5.0L V8 convertible roadster euro spec. The car is classic white with a black interior. The black soft top in excellent shape. The car starts up on about a half a crank and idles down to around 700 RPMs. It starts and runs as if it rolled off the factory floor. The car runs and drives very well, It does have 159,000 actual miles and a clean title. This is car is known as a r107 chassis This is an original Euro specification car, It has the original Euro manuals bumpers, vacuum adjusted headlights, German owners books, Mercedes OEM spoiler, new car tags, etc. The way the car looks is how it came from the factory. The original import paperwork with the EPA information is present from 1985. New March 2023 service with: plugs, wires, oil, Bosch wipers, filter(s), (4) brand new tires, brakes hoses, fluids, idle control valve, idle control module, new fuel pump relay, new pump, instrument cluster serviced all gauges work The car does have the optional euro back seat. Doesnt leave any stains on the floor 4 brand new tires H speed rated with 2022 date code on tires. The seats were recovered in black mb tex and are very comfortable. There is a vintage built in radar detector that does still work The inside is in very nice shape, the wood trim is flawless. The paint looks okay. Its a bit faster than your average 560sl. The white hard top is in good condition All the glasses intact the trim is all in good shape and the defroster works. The black soft top is in excellent condition and ready to enjoy in the summer. The radio sounds good. The original Becker radio is in the trunk. The car does have a matching spare and jack.
