1985 Jeep CJ-7 Rebuilt 258, Two Owners, California Garage-Kept. 7,250 miles on rebuilt motor.

Engine professionally rebuilt in 2015 at 153,000 miles roughly 7,250 miles on rebuilt motor. Receipts included. Two owners since new, I'm the second. Garage kept its entire time with us and never spent a night outside. Passed California smog August 2026.

This has been a weekend car for us short drives and beach runs, around 500 miles a year. It has never seen a trail. No lockers, no big tires, no V8 swap. A stock, honest CJ-7 that someone actually took care of.

UNDERSIDE PLEASE READ
This is a coastal California truck. Half Moon Bay most of its life, now Salinas. It is not a dry-desert car and I'm not advertising it as rust-free.

What it is: light surface rust on the steering box, leaf springs, shackles and exhaust normal for the age. Frame is solid and straight, no perforation. Floor pans and rockers solid. Being garaged is why a coastal Jeep still has a good frame underneath. Full underside photos included, rusty bits and all.
