Classic Car Overview
Up for sale is my 1985 CJ7 - ready for whatever you throw it into. Was built for rock climbing. Recently swapped 5.13 gears for 4.11 to be able to drive down highway (will include 5.13 gears in sale) The 4.2 inline 6 has been rebuilt with steel piston sleeves and currently has about 7k miles on engine.
Many upgrades include:
Griffen Aluminum Racing Radiator with electric fans (installed 2 weeks ago)
D.U.I Performance Distributor and heavy duty Livewires
Howell fuel injection system (with service manual)
TORQ Masters - Aussie Lockers (with installation manual)
Extended axles (2 1/2)
Smittybilt X20 winch 10,000 lb (wired/wireless)
Heavy Duty steering box
New Pro-thane Motor Mounts
Hercules Tires
New Carpet (over rhino tough sprayed floor pan)
Welded on Reese Hitch Receiver
New chrome hood latches, air duct, and hinges
Ceramic window tinting
All steel original body. All matching numbers. Minor surface rust, but no holes - great candidate for a patina clear coat as it is original paint. Heat does not work but all components are there. A/C was removed years ago by previous owner, but will include A/C under dash unit that came out of another 85.
This is a beast of a machine and a blast off-road. If youre in the Phoenix area, The Jeep Farm has done most of the work on this Jeep and they are highly recommended for maintenance needs.
Price is 15K OBO (I will consider trade for a Ironhorse Motorcycle Trailer + $)
