1985 Chevrolet Corvette

The new L98 now had horsepower that was increased from 205 HP to 230HP with no fuel economy penalty. Car and Driver magazine announced that the 1985 Corvette was Americas fastest production car with a top speed of 150 MPH. In racing, Corvette won all six SCCA Showroom Stock endurance races, and it also won the series championship.
