1984 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ40

Annex Houston is proud to present this beautifully refurbished 1985 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ40 Diesel, offered for sale on consignment.

Originally finished in Toyota Dune Beige, this classic BJ40 was previously relocated from Costa Rica to the United States and subsequently underwent a refurbishment by Elite Landcruisers of Buckhead, Georgia. The truck was refinished in beige with a contrasting white removable hardtop and has been further sorted with a number of mechanical and cosmetic improvements.

Power comes from Toyota's 3.0-liter diesel inline-four, paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and dual-range transfer case, providing traditional Land Cruiser four-wheel-drive capability.

The truck rides on 15-inch steel wheels with 33-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires, along with Old Man Emu shocks, a steering stabilizer, and Warn manually locking front hubs. Power-assisted front disc brakes and rear drum brakes provide additional stopping capability.

Exterior

The exterior presents the classic BJ40 appearance with a beige finish and white removable hardtop. Equipment includes:

Inside, the BJ40 features a brown vinyl interior with a split front bench seat and inward-facing rear jump seats. The cabin retains the simple, functional character for which these classic Land Cruisers are known.

The six-digit odometer currently displays approximately 1,900 kilometers (1,200 miles). The indicated mileage represents the distance reportedly traveled since completion of the refurbishment, and the vehicle is being sold TMU (True Mileage Unknown).
