The car has had only 2 previous owners and has the original booklets and brochures all neatly filled in and preserved. In 2024 the matching numbers 3.0-liter 6-cylinder engine was overhauled with new Mahle cylinders and pistons and the 5-speed manual transmission was also overhauled. The invoices for the Porsches restoration are available and underscore the quality of the work performed. Since the restoration it has only been driven 1570 km making this an exceptional example.
