The engine is a 389 c.i. blueprinted by owner and built by the late Rich Powloka of Racers Performance Parts of East Windsor, Connecticut. The engine features a stroker crankshaft connected to TRW forged 10.5 to 1 pistons, Eagle I-beam rods, Comp Cams hydraulic roller cam, hydraulic roller lifters with .528 total lift and 224 degrees duration on both intake and exhaust, 110 degrees separation. Comp Cams magnum roller rocker arms, World Products Sportsman II heads (2.02, 1.60 valves), Weiand stealth dual-plane intake, Holly 750 double-pumper carb, Holley fuel pump, Moroso steel element billet aluminum fuel filter, Russell's steel braided hoses, Cool-Flex radiator hoses, MSD 6-AL ignition with Blaster 2 coil, K&N air cleaner, Griffin aluminum radiator, Flex-A-Lite fan, March billet aluminum pulleys, chrome 140 amp alternator, SLP 1 ceramic hot-coated exhaust headers, and plus a bunch more.
Transmission is a T-56 six speed with reverse lock-out and hydraulic clutch. Same transmission used in the Dodge Viper. With a Centerforce clutch and flywheel.
Exhaust is dual high flow catalytic converters out to Flowmaster 40 Series muffler.
Daytona fiberglass hood from Motion Performance with a 1966 Chevelle vacuum assisted cowl induction flapper air intake. Cool!
Interior seats and carpet and headliner redone in original doeskin beige and all still looks factory new.
Autometer a-pillar mounted air/fuel, oil pressure, and temperature gauges, 140 MPH Speedometer. Original ACDelco digital radio/cassette player. Original T-top storage bag.
With only 1254 miles on the engine, the Camaro has been garaged for over 36 years and never raced.
