That mean stance and elegant interior speaks for itself. Fifth generation Eldorados (1979-1985) were much improved from previous years. Independent rear suspension was all new which helped retain rear-seat and trunk room. The most recognizable exterior feature was now the extreme notchback roofline. The Biarritz models were topped with a stainless-steel roof that looks very sharp. The Eldorado also featured frameless door glass and rear quarter windows similar to those from 1967 to 1970 without a thick B pillar. By 1983 digital gauges were factory options for the Eldorado. This 1983 Biarritz has been kept in incredible shape. The black exterior paint and subtle side stripping is stunning. The tan interior appears untouched and is complimented with wooden accent panels.
