1982 Porsche 911 SC Coupe

Well taken care for 1982 Porsche 911; 3.0 liter flat 6 that was rebuilt in 2024. Clean Carfax and comes with the original owner's manual and service records. I am supposedly the third owner, but do not have documentation; purchased from California. 16 inch Fuchs wheels, working sunroof, power windows, along with a MOMO steering wheel and my woodworking friend crafted a custom shift knob made of maple and walnut.

Since this was going to be my forever car, I have commissioned several repairs/upgrades since 2022:
-Clutch replaced
-Full engine and transmission rebuild totaling $40k
-all parts replated during the rebuild
-Brakes rebuilt along with the front wheel bearings, Master cylinder, calipers, rotors, pads, lines, the works $7k
-alternator rebuilt
-starter rebuilt
-rear shocks replaced
-new battery in 2022
-middle section of blue seats replaced to match the original blue leather (note condition in photos)
-weatherproof matching floor mats
-speedometer rebuilt at which time I found out the speedometer is not the original, therefore actual mileage unknown.
-fairly new Michelin tires replaced in 2022
-replaced the front bumper to delete the fog lights, wiring and switch still functioning

All gauges work and I replaced the gauge lights with LED bulbs.

So what's wrong with her? The brake warning light is always on. There are some scratches on the dashboard above the steering wheel, from fingernails perhaps? I have annually leather conditioned the seats and dash, but that didn't help the scratches, see photos. Plumbing exists from a prior air conditioner which I have never researched what it would take to re-establish, it's still just as I bought her. And as you can see from the photos there are little chips and blemishes here and there in what I presume is the original paint. The paint and front suspension are the only pieces untouched; both in great shape and completely serviceable.

This car has been my baby, only selling because we are downsizing and I refuse to put her in storage. After attempting BaT, it was apparent that whomever transitions as the next caretaker I require to come view/purchase the car in person, PPI welcome. Comes with the original floor mats as well as a garage cover still in the package. No other parts.
