The Most Desirable Corvette Ever?

The 1967 Corvette is considered the most-loved Corvette ever produced. The combination of classic C2 styling, along with an incredible array of powertrain and comfort options, makes it one of the most desirable Corvettes ever. Not bad for a car that was never supposed to be made!

The ZR-1's production run from 1990-95 was one of the most exciting times for Corvette enthusiasts in recent memory. In the mid-1980s, rumors of a "King of the Hill" Corvette began to leak out of Detroit and into America's speed shops and dealerships.

Classic Car Overview

(If you happen to be viewing this vehicle on a website other than our main website, its possible that only some of our many photographs are presented due to website limitations. To be sure you access all the photographs, please go to our main website: Garage Kept Motors) Garage Kept Motors is pleased to offer one of the cleanest C3s weve ever had for sale, let alone the final year this model Corvette was produced before the cheese wedge C4s came out. This 1982 Chevrolet Corvette 2-Door Coupe was purchased by our client in June of 1999 and spent most of its life in Texas. It is extremely clean and always garage-kept, never even driven in the rain. The car has been maintained extremely well with all service documentation preserved, including a full inside and out restoration in 2009. See list below. Also comes with original owners manual and original radio is included in the sale. The car is finished in factory original Red (code 70) over a Red (code 741) interior. It is powered by the original 350ci/200hp Cross-Fire Injected V8 (rebuilt at 65k miles) mated to the original automatic transmission. Desirable features include factory AC, power windows, power locks, tilt wheel, pop-up headlights, rear defroster, and removable T-Tops. Power brakes, power steering, and disc brakes all around too. Heres a list of items addressed on the car since our client purchased the car in 1999: August 2000: Stainless Exhaust System (bushings, exhaust, mufflers, oxygen sensors) May 2002: Front Brakes (rotors, calipers, discs, hoses), Lower Control Arm Bushing, Intake Gasket Set, Air Pump Bracket July 2006: Rear Brakes (calipers, pads, hoses), New Front Calipers, AC Recharge, Transmission Filter Kit, Fuel Pump Filter September 2009: Complete Exterior and Interior Restoration by Impact of Grand Rapids October 2018: Oil Change, New Alternator, New Battery This car remains in excellent condition with zero excuses. 3rd Generation Corvette collectibility is on the rise and Hagerty values excellent examples at $21,100. This is a great deal on a collector Corvette. You will be hard pressed to find an original Red on Red final year C3 in this nice of condition for the price offered here.
