- 50/50 Balance: The tiny 12A rotary engine sat behind the front axle line (front mid-engine), giving the car a perfect 50/50 weight distribution and a very low center of gravity.
- Smooth High Revs: The Wankel engine spun up with turbine-like smoothness, requiring a factory dashboard buzzer to warn drivers before passing the 7,000 RPM redline.
- Handling Over Speed: While its 0-60 mph time was a modest 9--10 seconds, its nimble, direct handling made it an absolute weapon on twisty backroads.
