This 1981 Chevrolet Corvette is arguably the best color, Dark Blue Metallic from the factory with the original Dark Blue leather interior that still looks great! This car is a survivor with 80,102 miles on the odometer that are believed to be original miles. The Carfax never goes higher than that and the owner says when he bought the car the title it showed actual, but when he got his title from Tennessee it doesnt show actual anymore. Based on condition and the fact that its original paint, the mileage is very believable! The engine is the numbers matching original 5.7-liter V8, paired with the 4-speed automatic, also believed to be original to the car. The tires are only 4 months old with less than 200 miles driven! If you want the car to be completely stock, it comes with anything that has been removed or replaced over the years. A chrome Edelbrock air cleaner is on the car, but the original one comes with it. The spare tire and tire holder come with the car (and will be mounted back on it). There is a Kenwood AM/FM/CD player in the dash, but the original radio comes with it. The original owners manual is also still present, along with the AIR pump which has been removed. One of just 2,522 made in this color, you wont see too many at car shows. These later C3s are really gaining in value, and finding one this original and clean is tough to do! This Corvette is well optioned with power steering, power brakes, A/C, cruise control, AM/FM/CD player, tilt steering wheel, leather upholstery, t-tops (with original T-Top storage bag), tinted windows, alloy wheels, and radial tires. There arent too many vehicles with the sexy curves of a C3 Corvette, and this one really looks great with the alloy wheels, raised white letter tires, and tinted windows.
