The TR7, Characterized By Its Wedge Shape And By A Swage Line Sweeping Down From The Rear Wing To Just Behind The Front Wheel, Was Advertised As: The Shape Of Things To Come. The TR7 Was Also Referred To By The Code Name Bullet.
Power Is Provided By A 1,998 CC Eight-Valve Four-Cylinder Engine Delivering Close To 100 Horsepower. Power Is To The Rear Wheels Via An Optional Five-Speed Manual Gearbox, Which This Car Has. The Triumph TR-7 Was The Best-Selling Triumph Model Of All Time, With Over 100,000 Sold. A Younger Generation Of Sports Car Enthusiasts Is Becoming Attracted To Its Modern Styling. Proof Is That Its Hagerty Vehicle Rating Is 77, Up +57 Points From Last Year And Ahead Of Anything From Triumph Or MG. (An HVR Of 50 Means Keeping Up With The Market. Over 50 Is Outperforming The Market.)
This Triumph TR-7 Was Owned Locally For The Past Decade And Used During Summers Only. As A Result, She Is Rust-Free, Drives Beautifully And Has Travelled Only 83k Miles. It Has A New Clutch And Rebuilt Transmission From T-Jays In Riverhead.
