Classic Car Overview

1980 Porsche 911SC Coupe
Reimagined by Accumoto

Chassis: 91A0142565
Engine No. 6402611

A Tastefully Enhanced and Meticulously Restored 911SC Powered by a 3.2-Liter Twin-Plug Flat-Six

Completed in 2014 by Accumoto Motorsport of Madison, Wisconsin, this 1980 Porsche 911SC, affectionately known as Dirk, was the shops prototype build, #0000. With this car, Accumoto said hello world. Rather than simply restoring the 911, Accumoto set out to create a more focused, analog driving machine, one engineered to be driven.

At its heart is a 3.2-liter twin-plug flat-six producing approximately 300 horsepower, breathing through dual PMO carburetors and built with 98mm cylinders, JE pistons, Pauter connecting rods, and EBS valves. Power is delivered through a short-ratio five-speed manual transaxle enhanced with Wevo components and an external oil cooler.

There was no money spent that wasnt towards making it a drivers car. - Accumoto

The result is a purpose-built 911SC that blends classic Porsche character with thoughtful, motorsport-inspired upgrades and an obsessive level of craftsmanship that is an absolute blast to drive!
