This exceptionally preserved, low-mileage example features the highly sought-after Pontiac W72 400ci V8 paired with the 4-speed manual transmission, making it one of only 1,817 produced in this configuration.



This Trans Am is magnificent in every way. The paint, interior, and exterior amenities remain in excellent, nearly new condition, clearly a car that has been cherished since day one.



A Landmark Anniversary Edition

Known by its option code Y89, the Tenth Anniversary Trans Am represented a high point for Pontiac. Limited to 7,500 units, it became the first Firebird to exceed a $10,000 sticker price, with every example fully loaded with comfort and convenience features. This special model was also selected as the Official Pace Car of the 1979 Daytona 500, the first NASCAR race broadcast nationally.
