If you're a fan of vintage Japanese cars, be sure to check out Nissan's online heritage site. There are tons of vintage Nissan pics and specs going all the way back to the 1920s. Each featured car or truck has relevant specs and a little "detail" tab that gives some background on that specific car.
The Volkswagen Kombi van reached iconic status, with even a school lunch box fashioned in its image. During those early years, the Volkswagen Microbus morphed into various forms. From a cargo carrier with no windows behind the driver's seat to a windowed passenger van with three rows of seats, the possibilities seemed endless.
Classic Car Overview
Just lowered the price - 1979 MGB - classic British roadster. Restored convertible, excellent condition. Beautiful orange-red color, original carb, very solid body all around. New top, new tires, runs and drives well, shifts well and starts right up. Very little, if any rust. Also, this MGB is well equipped with AM/FM Radio, alloy wheels, seat belts, radial tires, Cd player, leather interior, and even a jack with spare tire. Clean title! I am the third owner of the car - the first two were family-related so it's been well cared for. I love this car - it is a showstopper whenever I go out in it. I can no longer drive it regularly due to increased travel for work. We keep her covered day and night but she should be garaged as she had been prior to my owning her. I have had her maintained by a local British Leyland specialist - a mechanic who only works on MGs, Jags and other English classics (only). He is the real thing and has kept my car in great shape since I purchased her in 2015. She only had 69,770 miles on it when I bought her. I have always wanted this car (it was my dad's dream car but he passed away before he could get another one) and it pains me to let it go but she needs a good home and to be driven daily! I have all the records on the maintenance of the car. New hoses, new radiator, new gaskets, new set of keys/ignition (I had the originals and they just wore out). I have truly enjoyed driving her up and down A1A, getting stopped by strangers on the street to ask me "What year?" and the ability to feel the road when you drive. This is a car for people who love to drive (and can drive a stick! which is rare nowadays). I hope you enjoy her as much as I have. Thanks for your interest in "Marianne Ginger Bobby".
