Classic Car Overview

Beautiful 1979 Mercedes-Benz 450 SL convertible for sale. Im selling this vehicle for my parents who can no longer drive the vehicle. Vehicle is in great shape currently 69,706 miles. Black convertible top is in great shape and a hard top is included. My parents bought it used in Arizona back in 1994 with 60,000 miles. This vehicle was well taken care of at a local Mercedes shop in Arizona and my stepfather has all of the records. It has a convertible top and also a hard top included. Body is in excellent condition with silver paint and a red interior. This summer we recently spent $5000 trying to get the air conditioning to work with a new compressor and new condenser, but it is still having problems. The automatic antenna motor is also nonfunctional and there is a slow power draw where we had to put a Killswitch in the trunk to prevent the battery from going dead. Killswitch was professionally installed at the Mercedes service shop in Mesa az. This is an Arizona car and is a lot of fun to drive. New tires purchased summer of 2024.
