Classic 1979 Ford F-250 Ranger 4x4 regular cab, long bed. Equipped with a 429 big-block swap featuring D0VE-C heads, paired to an automatic transmission. The truck fires right up and runs strong, showing plenty of power and potential.
Believed to have had a front clip swap, but the chassis is solid overall. Both fuel tanks read and pump correctly, with a brand-new fuel selector valve just installed. Other recent updates include a new battery and a working A/C system that blows cold for its age.
Cosmetically, the truck has rust and bondo present, but the structure underneath remains solid an excellent candidate for someone wanting a driver or restoration project.
Mechanically, the brakes are getting weak, and the starter tends to crank slow when hot (likely heat soak from the exhaust just needs insulation). It currently rides on older 35-inch tires.
