The Most Desirable Corvette Ever?

The 1967 Corvette is considered the most-loved Corvette ever produced. The combination of classic C2 styling, along with an incredible array of powertrain and comfort options, makes it one of the most desirable Corvettes ever. Not bad for a car that was never supposed to be made!

The ZR-1's production run from 1990-95 was one of the most exciting times for Corvette enthusiasts in recent memory. In the mid-1980s, rumors of a "King of the Hill" Corvette began to leak out of Detroit and into America's speed shops and dealerships.

Classic Car Overview

1979 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe - Factory Dark Brown Paint over Light Doe Skin Interior - L48 350ci V8 - TTops - 15 Years Owned - (Please note: If you happen to be viewing this vehicle on a website other than our main website, its possible that only some of our many photographs of this car are presented due to website limitations. To be sure you access all the photographs, please go to our main website: Garage Kept Motors.) Classic, Affordable, Corvette. This 1979 Chevrolet Corvette 2-Door Coupe is finished in the original Dark Brown paint and is powered by the well known L-48 350ci V8. This car is presented in great running condition, although it could use some attention in a few areas to make it that much better. Inside the car is a Light Doe Skin interior that features extremely supportive bucket seats, upgraded Pioneer stereo, and factory air. Power steering, power brakes, power windows, and pop-up headlights are other notable features on this car. T-Tops can be removed and placed beneath the straps in the rear cargo area for some wind-in-the-hair cruising. This Vette is a nice running C3 with plenty of power underfoot. Its finished in a muted dark color rather than pull me over Red that we see so many C3s finished in. It may not be a Hagerty #1 car, but this classic Vette is a fun car, just like when it rolled off the showroom floor in 79!
