1979 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe
Convertible Car for sale in Yuma, Arizona 85365
The 1967 Corvette is considered the most-loved Corvette ever produced. The combination of classic C2 styling, along with an incredible array of powertrain and comfort options, makes it one of the most desirable Corvettes ever. Not bad for a car that was never supposed to be made!
The ZR-1’s production run from 1990-95 was one of the most exciting times for Corvette enthusiasts in recent memory. In the mid-1980s, rumors of a “King of the Hill” Corvette began to leak out of Detroit and into America’s speed shops and dealerships.

Classic Car Overview
1979 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe $11,000
1979 Corvette. Lots invested, cannot finish project. Main upgrades listed below.
GM ZZ383 crate motor with 11,000 miles on it. 425hp, 460ftlbs torque
700R4 Transmission built by Rossler transmissions to hold 750hp
March Serpentine pulley kit
American Racing wheels and new tires
Wilwood disc brake kit
This car has a super strong motor and transmission to match, it sounds absolutely amazing with the 4" side pipes and go's the way it sounds! Really fun car to drive. I've had it in the local hot rod shop recently and have receipts for $10K in getting this machine running in top shape. They put a new Edelbrock intake manifold on and port and polished it. Holley carb with bigger jet pumps and e-choke. New shocks in all corners, install of wildwood disc brake kit (I have two spare rotors and two spare calipers to give to buyer also). I also have in the box a rack and pinion steering kit from Steeroids. I say I'm not able to finish this project but it's not an incomplete car. It's perfect to drive right now but the seats have some rips in them and I have not replaced them, one of the T Tops has a crack in it also. I never hooked up the AC when I did the serpentine kit so needs a hose there, the AC compressor is brand new and never used. The paint is not perfect either and has been keyed.
A lot has gone in to this car and there is not much to do to make this completely restored. If you want a car that has all the high dollar upgrades done to it and only needs some minor attention to bring up to par this will be a great car for you.
Priced to sell, call with questions.
