Classic Car Overview

It was purchased in 2021 in Colorado. The FJ had a history living in the Rocky mountains and the front range. During my time I drove around the small town for work and errands. From time to would go up in the forest. When it was purchased the FJ came with a stock of older parts, manuals, receipts and an earlier owner's journal. As far as I know I am the fourth owner.
The FJ40 comes with older parts and new parts ready to go towards refurbishing. It's serviced regularly. The FJ runs ok. The engine is original. The transmission works. Overall, it needs work. There is rust (the worst of the rust is under ambulance doors) and age. Power steering was installed in 2022. Along with new leather seats, console, slight modification of gear shift to accommodate console, side view mirrors, running boards. The white paint was one of the previous owners. It's a rough paint job.
At this time it is in California (not emissions ready). Registered in Colorado. It's a great truck ready for a new life.
