This car is a true survivor. This beautiful stock Firebird is finished in Gold exterior paint with the famous Trans-Am graphics, all in fantastic condition! The interior is just as nice as the exterior, with optioned black velour seats, a large, wrapped tilt steering wheel, and a polished dashboard that shows oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, as well as MPH and engine RPM. This Trans-am is powered by the original 6.6L 400 cu in V8, which was built with a Comp Cams camshaft and now makes 480 horsepower. The engine is paired to the original 3-speed automatic transmission. Features on this car include power steering and power brakes, as well as a new alternator and carburetor. Underneath is very clean and has been recently undercoated. The exterior underwent minor changes from older model years, including four-square headlights and a more aggressive grille. This car is in fantastic condition and has all original body panels, making it highly desirable to collectors.
