Classic Car Overview
Budget restoration, Total engine rebuild. Roughly 250-300 horsepower on the 302 small-block after the build. 93K on the odometer, less than 5K driven on the rebuilt engine. Many upgrades: fuel-injection system, which is an Aces Killshot 4-barrel EFI kit; the System requires some more tuning since the install; the new tablet dash system is also not currently functioning. Once started and warmed up, the truck drives flawlessly besides.
Truck comes with upgraded accessory components; 150-amp chrome alternator; a chrome high-torque starter; a new Lares steering rack and a chrome-plated Saginaw power steering pump. The Brake master cylinder has recently been replaced along with both rear wheel cylinders. The radiator has been upgraded to a larger block; the truck runs ice cold.
The truck was freshly painted a year ago after a fender bender, which required replacing the front fender and bumper.
The previous owner of the truck wanted a smooth, seamless look, so he welded the tailgate closed. I restored the tailgate to be functional again but have not completed the paint or body work. Bedlined the bed for rust prevention and protection. Some minor body filler cracks throughout, but not noticeable unless pointed out.
It's a beautiful truck that turns heads wherever you go.
