The Ramcharger was mostly produced as a two-door 4x4 vehicle although a two-wheel drive version was available. As a full-size SUV it competed with the Chevrolet K5 Blazer and the 1978-1996 Ford Bronco. The Dodge Ramcharger is a large sport utility vehicle built by Dodge from 1974 to 1993 based on a shortened-wheelbase version of the Dodge D Series/Ram pickup. This example is powered by a 318 CID V8 with a 4bbl electric choke carb sitting atop an aluminum intake. There are a number of restoration invoices included with this Dodge from Valor Restorations & most were from the last year including a power brake booster starter alternator wiper motor exhaust gaskets wiring harness Ignition Control module some newer paint & some blacked out 8 lugs wrapped in some serious Centennial M/T off road rubber. A removable hard top a custom front bumper with a 9000lb winch and rhino-lined interior make this 1978 Ramcharger 4x4 a serious contender for those off-road excursions!
