Classic Car Overview

Selling this original yellow with brown interior 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Silver Anniversary edition with 74,XXX ORIGINAL miles on it. Recently gone through and appraised (please see below). Located in Mead, Colorado...private owner.

We haven't had this car too long, but we're selling is because we don't have room for it, and need to sell to finance some other projects we have going, including a car for another teen. Asking $15,995.00, which is much lower than the recent professional appraisal...I'm a motivated seller. Serious, well qualified buyers only, please. VIN number matches and has been verified.

Please message me for any further details or with any questions. Legitimate and motivated seller, I won't ask for codes or money up front for application fees or anything sketchy like that. Please be a legitimate buyer. Thanks!

Interior carpet replaced

(work done since the April 2021 appraisal): repair wipers, replace the turn signal flasher and horn button contact plate, fix the interior heater blower, new battery.

"In compliance, we have appraised the above referenced vehicle and have concluded that the vehicle has undergone a recent mechanical and suspension tune up, vehicle has original low miles, no evidence of body
or structural damages, all electrical is operable and functioning, A/C blows cold. The vehicle was driven and
the vehicle runs and drives as “near new“ for the model year. The interior is all original and in excellent
condition, doors and seal do not leak, T-Tops are functional. Body is fiberglass and shows minor wear.
The bright work/ chrome is in great condition, the glass is original and, the exterior paint finish is great for being
original and model year. The vehicle warrants the appraised value of $20,300.00 as stated by the appraiser on this 5th day of April, 2021."

PLEASE NOTE that there is some sort of electrical drain, as I had to replace the battery again, it completely died, and so it sits disconnected. This issue needs to be resolved. There is no radio, and I do not know if the speakers work, as I didn't get to that yet. The original factory paint shows some fading and chipping or crazing in spots, as pictured, to give you an idea.
