1977 was the last model year that VW offered a Standard Beetle for sale in the U.S., and the first year for its fuel injection (increasing the engines power to a staggering 48 HP!).
Owned since Oct., 2013 this Beetle is finished in Silver Metallic with a beige interior. Recent (July, 2026) service included new fuel injectors and hoses, and a full inspection. Steering bushings and front brake flex hoses were replaced at 80,421 miles. Tires (including the spare) were replaced in April, 2024, at approximately 80,000 miles. This car has been well maintained, and everything works as it should.
Disclosures: There is a dent in the driver side fender, from a parking lot incident, with no other damage incurred. The steering wheel horn button has been replaced with one on the dashboard.
Included are two sets of keys, the jack & tools, a .pdf owners manual, and all service records during current ownership, with additional others from its previous owner dating back to August, 2007.
