1977 Mercury Grand Marquis LS

Me and my family has known the family and the car since new the original owner passed away in December of 2012 at 87 years old the car had always been in a shelter the car had 38,000 mi when the original owner passed away their was no issues with the car when the original owner passed away the car sat in the shelter not touched the original owner bought it new in Monroe Georgia the original owner always lived in loganville Georgia the daughter decided to sell the car to her friend in April of 2024 the second owner lived in loganville Georgia I have two pictures from the second owner of the car sitting in the shelter and picking it up on a rollback flatbed truck the car had been sitting from 2013 until 2024 the second owner cleaned the car up put new tires on it put new brakes on it rebuilt the carburetor put a new gas tank in new fuel filter and new spark plugs the second owner took it to a local church car show and it won a award for top 20 at the show I have the award the second owner drove it 6,500 mi the second owner decided to sell it when someone wanted it at car show in April of 2025 the third owner lived in loganville Georgia the third owner drove it 600 mi the third owner decided to sell it in November of 2025 I saw the car for sale in loganville Georgia and bought it from the third owner I put in a new battery I put in a new air filter I put on new windshield wiper blades and I put in a new turn signal flasher I have drove the car 400 mi the car has 45,439 actual miles the car has two sets of keys one of the sets is original the car has the full size spare and jack and the original floor mats the car has the original title from the original owner the car has the original owner manual and warranty card protector plate and other original literature in the original plastic pouch and original paper folder the car runs and drives very good the original 8 track player works good in the radio also the only issues with the car is when the car sat in shelter the fuel gauge sending unit in the gas tank has gone bad the fuel gauge does not work it needs a new fuel gauge sending unit in ithe gas tank the air conditioner Freon leaked out during it sitting and has the original r12 Freon the air conditioner does not work it needs to be retrofitted to the new R134A freon and charged the heater core developed a leak from sitting and was disconnected and bypassed through the engine the heater does not work it needs a new heater core that is the only issues the original paint is not perfect but is in good condition for it's age the interior is in very good condition

The engine is in good condition the transmission is in good condition the drive train is in good condition the brakes are in good condition the shocks are in good condition

The paint is in good condition for it's age the body is in very good condition the chrome is in good condition the wheels are in good condition the the tires are in good condition

The seats are in good condition the dash is in good condition the headliner is in very good condition the original radio with original 8 track player works good the AC and heat controls work good but AC will need retrofitted and charging and heater the theater core needs replacing as stated earlier in the main listing
