Classic Car Overview
Third owner. Currently garage-stored and periodically driven around Sacramento area. Was previously an Arizona vehicle -- very little rust for a vehicle of this age. Runs like a dream, I drove it from LA to Elk Grove (300 miles) without issue. Engine was upgraded by previous owner so I can't tell you much besides that it runs well and doesn't leak!
Upgrades:
- Edelbrock 1406 4 bbl carb, tuned
- New exhaust system installed in 2023: long tube headers w/ flowmaster mufflers
- MSD Pro-Billet Distributor
- Had a ranger grille and headlights, I switched it back to OEM classic look
- New OEM front and rear chrome bumpers
- New plugs and battery
- Recently serviced front and rear brakes
- Bikini top
- BFG All Terrain T/A tires
Regrets:
- Some gauges on speedometer don't work (recommend Classy Gauges to fix)
- Using auxiliary tank currently, not sure if main tank works
- Driver and passenger seats and belts are not original
- Some rust on passenger floor pan
