Classic Car Overview

1976 Triumph TR6 Silver with Black Interior

This 1976 Triumph TR6 presents as a very solid and complete example, finished in silver with a black interior. The engine runs strong with excellent oil pressure and starts easily every time. On the road, the car drives well (see driving video), though the transmission currently does not engage reverse. Forward gears operate with no grinding or gear pop-out, but the reverse issue will need attention.

The car is equipped with overdrive, which the previous owner reported to function intermittently, though we were unable to engage it during our test drive. The clutch feels healthy and operates normally, though there is an audible whine when disengaged (see video). Suspension and brakes feel appropriate for a driver, offering a comfortable and predictable ride.

The body and undercarriage are very solid, showing no visible rust or corrosion concerns. Paint quality is driver-levelpresentable from a distance, with noticeable blemishes, chips, and imperfections throughout (see images). There is a small area of bubbling on the passenger-side dog leg. The soft top is functional, though a few body snaps are missing, preventing full attachment.

Inside, the cabin remains tidy and usable, with no major flaws.

Overall, this TR6 runs and drives well and can be enjoyed immediately while addressing the mechanical and cosmetic details. A great foundation for light restoration or continued weekend use.

This TR6 is sold with a clean and clear title.
