1976 Pontiac Firebird

Here we have a 1976 Pontiac Trans AM for sale. One of the most iconic cars ever built, the Trans AM is recognized across the world and has been a mainstay in the muscle car community for over 50 years. This one is sure to bring back the lates 70s nostalgia as its pairs the iconic color scheme with a modern driveline that will have you driving it every where. \The body on it is rock solid, and all the panels have a great fit. Its finished in the Starlite Black paint, redone in base coat clear coat. It was cut, buffed, and polished out to a gorgeous finish. The iconic Gold Phoneix on the hood accents the black along with the gold badging and stripes. The front and rear bumpers and the rest of the trim are in excellent condition. All the glass is stunning as well, and the weather stripping looks amazing. It comes equipped with the Shaker hood and dual mirrors. To finish off the look its sitting on the 15 Snowflake Wheels with BF Goodrich Radial T/A Tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this 76. On the inside, its done in the classic black that flows perfectly with the exterior. It features bucket seats and a console. We can see this Trans AM has been fitted with the dual gate automatic shifter. All the seat covers are in great condition along with the door panels. New carpet and headliner were installed at the time of the restoration as well. Looking at the dash we can see it has the gold accent and the factory style gauges with in-dash tach. The rest of the dash is in excellent condition as well from the pad to the gloves box and upgraded JVC radio. Inside the trunk is all solid and the weather stripping looks to have been replaced. Its finished out in the black carpet.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Pontiac. Under the hood is everything you could hope for in a modern muscle car. Its been fitted out with the 6.2L Fuel Injected LS3 engine thats dressed in the factory-style air cleaner with new school air intake. It also sports an upgraded billet serpentine belt system that runs the Air Conditioning and Power Steering. To keep it cool it has an upgraded radiator along with having an electric fan and custom shroud. Along with Power Steering, it also comes with Power Brakes that feature Four Wheel Disc. The LS3 engine is mated to the 4L80 Automatic Transmission and GM 10 Bolt Rear End with the Billet Cover. When we look under this Trans AM we can see the work didnt stop with just the drivetrain. It has also been upgraded tubular upper and lower control arms along with having a Detroit Speed front sway bar. Out back its set up with Four Link Suspension along with coil overs. For exhaust, it has headers with dual pipes and mufflers that flow out the back. On the highway, this Trans AM runs out phenomenal and will be sure to turn back time as whether you want to cruise or show it!
