Mechanical

Pop the hood and you will see a 6.6 Pontiac 400 cubic inch engine in all its glory sitting underneath the Pontiac Trams AM Shaker hood scoop.

It looks as it did when it was new as the engine block and heads painted in the correct Pontic blue paint, factory cast iron exhaust headers flowing into the dual exhaust system, four-barrel carburetor on an aluminum intake, chrome valve covers, and that factory Shaker hood scoop, and it is backed by the strong 4-speed manual transmission.

Trans Ams were known for their handling, and this one goes great with the Variable Ratio power steering, power disc brakes, and the modern grip of fat Factory Pontiac Honeycomb Styled wheels and raised white letter Road Hugger Radial GT tires, with great sounds coming out the splitter tips.
