1976 GMC C/K 1500

I have a very original 1976 GMC short bed 1/2 ton pickup, Rosedale Red with 117,000 miles in very original and excellent condition for sale. I recently purchased a 1964 GTO to work on and I decided to sell my GMC pickup. This pickup was original purchased in Tennessee and then was relocated to Texas. The sheet metal is all original, no bondo, no rust or any issues. It was recently repainted in its original color and look great inside and out.

I have the original build sheet and delivery sheet for the truck and for the most part it is all original. The owner kept a interesting log on the truck. Most oil changes were done 100 miles before 3000 miles. Any parts he replaced he listed the AC part number etc. Only change was the exhaust system was changed to a Flow Master duel exhaust system.

The engine is the 350 V8 165 HP with the four barrel carburetor, I did replace it with a new Rockchester carb like the original. I do have the old one as well. It also has factory air with a new AC compressor, fan, evaporator coil and parts and blows cold when you need it. It has power brakes with disc brakes on the front. I did replace the master cylinder, vacuum booster, rotors and lining on the front and back. I did have new wheel bearing installed on the front. The transmission is the three speed 350, did have new filter and oil replace in it. New AC Delco alternator also replaced.

Inside is in excellent condition. I did replace the carpet and seat covers. The seat covers are the original design with the original medallions installed on it. All the gauges work as well as the radio which was updated at sometime to a AM/FM AC Delco radio. I did install rear speakers which were an option on this truck. Also replaced the front speaker.

It is already to drive any place. There is really nothing to do on the truck. I do have a California car cover for it. Just get into it and drive and have fun. Please look at the pictures, you will see what I mean.
