This 1976 Ford F-150 is a beautiful truck that was restored around 5 years ago. This truck is a Custom with the Explorer package and we have the build sheet (pictured) showing how this truck came from the factory. They did an excellent job on this restoration and nearly everything was new or rebuilt at that time. We did not get receipts but we did get photos of the process. The body is clean and straight. It was professionally repainted in its original color of Raven Black and the paint looks excellent! The truck was disassembled for paint and they installed all new weatherstripping when it was painted. All of the chrome and trim is excellent. They added a brand new flatbed to the truck when it was restored with integrated headache rack and 3 built in tool boxes.
The interior was also restored and includes a reupholstered seat, new carpet, new door panels, new dash cover, new headliner, and new seat belts. They installed a modern Retro Sound Stereo that works. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work. The horn, heat, and windshield wipers also work.
Mechanically this truck is awesome and it runs and drives excellent! It originally came with a 360 V8, but it was replaced with a rebuilt 390 V8 that has upgraded pistons, mild cam, Edelbrock Aluminum Intake, Edelbrock 4 Barrel Carb, and headers with dual custom exhaust. They also added a new alternator, new power steering pump, upgraded starter, and new distributor. The transmission is the C6 Automatic that shifts great and it was also rebuilt. It is mated to a resealed np203 transfer case that has a part time 4wd kit installed. The rear axle is a Ford 9 Inch with 3.50 gears. The front axle is a Dana 44 with 3.50 gears. The front axle was removed and cleaned and rebuilt with new hubs, new brakes, and new bushings. New shocks were installed all the way around. This truck has power steering and power front disc brakes. This is all sitting on a nice set of aftermarket aluminum wheels with 32 Inch Cooper Discoverer SST tires.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show you everything so you can get a true representation of the vehicle.
