Reeves Callaway began his quest to build the ultimate performance car in a small garage at his home in Old Lyme, Connecticut. After building a turbo BMW 3 Series, he continued to develop other products. His big break came with building a twin-turbo GTV6 Alfa Romeo.

Classic Car Overview

I'm the third owner of this car, with my Dad as the second owner beginning in 1994. Beginning in 2017, the car went through a full frame-off restoration/modification by Barr Performance Restorations in Naples, FL. Restoration was completed in 2018, and my Dad enjoyed taking it to car shows for a few years before deciding to give it to me in 2021. It's ALWAYS been garage-kept. Overall, some of the car is original, some is new/modified. In recent years, it's been maintained at Cardone and Daughter Automotive in Old Saybrook, CT.

Some key points:
1. Odometer reads a certain number of miles; however, it has a newer crate 350 engine that only has a few thousand miles on it.
2. Interior is firethorn red, including new seats and a new wooden steering wheel (I think one or two of the pictures show the original red steering wheel, but that thing is gone).
3. The exterior isn't just white. It has some kind of pearlescent thing mixed in. Also, the seams in the front and rear had been smoothed over for a seamless look. A 1980 Stringray front end was added, along with a small spoiler on the back.
4. Just put new Cooper Cobra tires on it. The only downside wheel-wise is that it does not have a spare.
5. Newer Flowmaster exhaust, and everything underneath was powder-coated at the time of restoration.
6. I'm throwing in a pair of Rockford Fosgate 6x9 speakers and speaker boxes that I never took the time to install. The original radio is good and all, but it needs better sound quality.
7. It has AC, but it's never blown cold as far as I can remember. Not sure why it still doesn't work post-resto.
8. It has functioning power windows.

It's a great car, but it was my Dad's dream car, not mine. The only reason I'm selling it is that I bought a different classic car that needs some serious care.
