Powering this automotive icon is believed to be the original, numbers matching 350 cubic inch V8 motor mated to a smooth shifting automatic transmission. Standard features include power steering, power brakes functional heat, stereo power windows, and power door locks.This vehicle comes to us from a private automotive collector and as such has been always been properly stored and maintained. Some of the more recent maintenance includes 4 New Shocks (front and rear), a new exhaust system, new oil in the rear end.The C3 generation of Corvettes were the stingrays patterned after the Mako Shark II designed by Larry Shinoda and executed under Bill Mitchells direction. In 1970 the fender flares were designed into the body contours to reduce wheel-thrown debris damage. Additionally, new egg-crate grills with matching front fender side vents and larger squared front directional lamp became standard. The Interior was tweaked also with redesigned seats and a new deluxe interior option combined wood-grain wood accents and higher-spec carpeting with leather seat surfaces.
