1976 Chevrolet C/K Truck Silverado

The Spirit of 76 - meet Spirit, a true, rare, once in a lifetime find. This 1976 Chevrolet C20 Silverado square body four door in the 3+3 configuration and 454 engine is any truck lovers dream come true.

Spirit is nearly 100% original with 56k miles. And her story is wild. I found her in Iowa locked in facility on a farm where she had sat for THIRTY YEARS. On the interior is the date of last service, card holder. And it was last serviced at 53k miles in 1993 before I bought it. Thats right, only 3,000 miles since 1993.

I spent about $6k in dropping the engine and transmission and fully servicing/replacing and deep cleaning all the gaskets and wires and lines. She runs great. No mechanical work needed.

The only non working thing is the stereo internally. Windshield wipers and liquid AC, and all else is dang near perfect for its age. The interior only needs new window stripping and a little love with some plastic pieces and vents, but she is cleaner than any original truck you'll find anywhere. The detail inlay panels on the interior are beautiful and rare to have much less so clean!

This truck turns more heads than a Ferrari. Not kidding. You cant stop at a light or a gas station without getting swarmed by admirers. Its a blast.
This truck sat in a garage for nearly 30 years before it was found and I snatched it right away.
Few rust spots as to be expected.

Both gas tanks have been dropped and cleaned and the gas tank selector still works like a dream.
