The car was refinished in its factory-correct Sable Black, complete with re-applied red accent striping, and features a newer power-operated black soft top. Exterior chrome presents exceptionally well, and recent paint correction has elevated the finish to a deep, mirror-like shine. Classic 15-inch steel wheels with black covers sit beneath American Classic tires, while four-wheel disc brakes and Cadillacs torsion bar/coil-spring suspension provide the smooth, floating ride these cars are famous for. Replacement rear air shocks were installed in 2024. Inside, the cabin is a showcase of 1970s American luxury, with a power-adjustable front bench wrapped in Antique Dark Firethorn leather. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, power windows and locks, a power trunk release with pull-down, rear window defroster, and Cadillacs Twilight Sentinel headlight system. The R134a-converted air conditioning blows cool. Under the hood, Cadillacs massive 500ci V8 remains the star. Factory rated at 190 horsepower and a stout 360 lb-ft of torque, it delivers effortless, silky-smooth power through a Turbo Hydra-Matic three-speed automatic transmission. Recent maintenance includes new valve cover gaskets, fluid service, an air filter, and refinished Cadillac Blue valve covers. This Eldorado has been lovingly preserved and presents as a standout example of a true American classic. An elegant cruiser with low mileage, proper care, and undeniable presence, ready for its next caretaker.
