Classic Car Overview

Flash back to the 70s with this vintage 1976 AMC Matador Coupe. AMC was definitely experimenting with the styling of the Matador. A unique car even when new the Matador has a interesting blend of European and American styling. One look at this car confirms its a creation of the 70s thanks to the pastel yellow paint white vinyl roof and brown plaid interior.Under the hood resides a 256ci inline six engine mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission. In its day known for fuel efficiency and smoothness. Originally order with AC it no longer blows cold and the horn is on hiatus as well. No big deal easy fixes and expected with a car of this vintage and originality. AMC made a nod to performance with addition of their signature aluminum five spoke wheels wrapped in white wall tires. Overall a real head turner! This is a unique piece of AMC history. Matadors arent often seen in the wild. This car is driver quality and can be driven as is or easily restored to its former glory. All the trim and parts are there with minimal rust in the usuals spots. A solid car overall and priced to move. This 1976 AMC Matador Coupe isnt just a car its a statement. Experience the charm of the 70s with this unusual beauty make it yours today!
