We purchased this jeep in the 1980's.It has been extremely dependable and has about 125,000 original miles on it as we've been averaging between three and 400 miles on it per year for the last 20 years.
It runs like a clock and only quality upgrades have been included, Such as:
A Warn winch, and CB.
T 18 four speed transmission from factory.
258 straight six-cylinder with a small, four barrel, Holly and Offenhauser intake-manifold.
4.27 gears axles gears.
Each axle has a Detroit locker.
It has a Dana 300 transfer case that has the 4 to 1 conversion.
Front and back seats are upholstered with a heavy marine vinyl upholstery.
Included are five BF Goodrich KO2 Tires, 33X10.50X15, with only a few thousand miles on four of them the other is a new spare. It has always been stored indoors and we have many spare parts, including a spare tire rack, which is currently not on it so that we can use the tailgate. The original color was a light green however it has been painted white. Call for serious inquiries.
