Classic Car Overview

Runs and drives great, used her as a daily for a year and a half. She has her issues, but so does any other 46 year old car. I've done my best to restore her, but time and money have caught up with me, so it's time to move on.
There have been a few things done to it:
Original inline 6 got rod knock so I put in a 5.7L 350 SBC along with a 4 speed transmission, switching it from 3 on the tree to 4 on the floor
New alternator, battery, radiator, belts, brand new Edelbrock 600 CFM carb, new headlights, valve covers, just put in a new stereo and 2 6x9 speakers, new front bucket seats.
Quirks here and there; needs an alignment, could use a new power steering pulley, transmission grinds going into 4th(idler cuff gear), rust spots, rear seat needs new upholstery, throttle cable gets lightly stuck occasionally (I do have a new stainless steel corded cable ready to be installed). Engine does have lifter tick on what I assume to be either cylinder 6 or 8. Didn't know the engine had it when I pulled it out of a parts truck.
She isn't perfect, definitely a project car, and I want her to go to someone who will take care of her and build her up like she should be. Had a great time and lots of memories working on this with my dad, so I hope you can do the same with your son or daughter.
