1974 Triumph TR6

John Twists University Motors is the bar in which all British Shops try to maintain. John is well reviewed and publicly respected for his work with vintage British cars. If this car and its documentation is any reflection of his conscientious work his respect is well earned and deserved .I have traded these British cars for nearly 50 years, this is one of the most beautiful TR6 cars I have had the opportunity to be associated with .I do not think the pictures reflect how beautiful and well sorted this car is ,it is STUNNING!!!!
The worksheets ,files, pictures of restoration is abundant. One can travel thru the restoration process from start to finish with the excessive notes and pictures. In addition to the restoration file the car has its service file(also extensive).
Some of the highlights is the black STAYFAST canvas soft top ,performance cam, ported cylinder head ,dual Weber conversion ,free flow exhaust(engine was Dyno tested) and of course the beautiful wire wheels ,Redlines as well as that lovely finished dash.
Reviewing the pictures of the car pre restoration it appears the car was a rust free, accident free example. The body panel gaps are as when the car left the factory, straight and even.
