Classic Car Overview

Garage Find real deal 1974 911 Carrera 2.7 with matching number engine and gearbox verified by PCNA COA. One of 528 US-spec Carrera coupes built in 1974. According the the COA, this car was equipped with: US Equipment Koni shocks Additional Cooling Coil Sport Seats - L/R Front Spoiler Air Conditioner w/Crash Bar for Front Condenser White Rectangular Fog Lamps Below the Bumper Tinted Glass All Around Electric Sunroof Pirelli Tires This Porsche was just acquired from the 2nd owner and is still on its 1979 Georgia title. The car was driven regularly from 1979 until around 2001, when the original engine was rebuilt. Shortly after the rebuild, the car was rarely driven and was stored in the owners garage for the past 15+ years. We are in the process of re-commissioning the car -- just completed a full rebuild of the fuel injection system and the braking system. The car runs great (see video). We are continuing the work on small items. Just completed a full re-build of the suspension including new correct Koni shocks, Elephant Racing bushings, turbo tie rod ends, powder coated suspension pieces, re-zinc plated original components, and alignment. Combined with new correct Pirellis on restored original Fuchs, the car now handles great -- just like new. The Carrera will need some very minor body repair and paint, and some interior restoration, but can certainly be driven and enjoyed as is. Call to discuss current state of car -- price will change as we complete work on it. We can sell it as is, or complete the restoration for you.
