Classic Car Overview
Whether you're a serious collector or a weekend hobbyist, I will provide you hours of fun tinkering with me in the garage, shining up my natural beauty, or purring along the expressway. I'm in wonderful condition from my frosty A/C to my cozy heater core, my hide-away headlights, and all my power windows, seats, and gauges. My Lime Gold Moondust finish and brown vinyl hard top is in good condition with minimal issues and my cream leather and gold shag interior are also in good condition. And, you'll only ever be fashionably late with me- I'm a Cartier edition. I've only had two previous owners and have never seen snow or salt so my undercarriage is in beautiful condition for my age.
Let's take a look under my hood. I'm a solid big block beauty, I'm low mileage 45k. You can't miss my 460 V8 and I'm an easy drive with my Ford C6 three-speed automatic transmission. You can be assured of a smooth ride as you float down the highway.
Whether you're looking for your gangsta lean, a mafia ride, serious American luxury from the heyday of manufacturing and performance, or just want to reminisce about what cars were like when you were young, I'm the car for you. The Lincoln Continental Mark IV coupe is built for performance and speed, sharing its chassis with the Ford Thunderbird, but equipped for luxury with a unique body and instrumentation. The Mark IV features include a faux Rolls-Royce style grille, decorative Continental spare, elongated hood, sharp lines, hide-away headlights, and opera windows.
I'm 51 years young and all systems are functioning and go. As with anyone my age, I require care and feeding to maintain myself. Most of me is original and while I'm not perfect, I am the perfect car for either a quick full restoration or someone who wants to enjoy a classic with just routine care and maintenance of my mechanics and body. I've recently upgraded with a rebuilt carb and my current owner has also replaced the gas tank float and performed regular maintenance with brakes, filters, fluids.
Minor issues include: interior door handle leather loose on passenger side, some areas of discoloration on paint, four small spots of rust. A few small stone chips in headlight covers. Small dents on chrome trim and one missing piece of trim.
