Classic Car Overview

***PRICE DROP***This vehicle started life as a Dart Sport with a 318. It has been restored to a Dart Sport 360. Rotisserie restoration just finished. Pretty much every part on this car had been gone over and either replaced, rebuilt, or reconditioned. The car was originally Blaze yellow with a white canopy top, white interior, and white stripes. It now sports Lemon Twist with a new black canopy top, black interior, black stripes, and a black hood scoop. They paint job is professional, door vin data tag was not taped off, it was replaced with a licensed Mopar tag and applied over the new paint; as was the tire size information sticker. This was a factory undercoated car and it that has been resprayed. The 318 is long gone and has been replaced with a rebuilt 360 engine. New rings, new bearings, new water pump, new oil pump, a rebuilt thermo-quad carburetor, heads rebuilt with valves/seats ground, and exhaust manifolds for a 360. The transmission has been rebuilt by a tranny shop (no leaks) and the drive shaft has been restored with new U-joints. New correct exhaust pipes and tips. Brakes were totally rebuilt, rotors turned, drums turned, and all lines (hard and soft) were replaced. All new parking brake cables. Interior was completely gone through, new carpet, new front seat foams, new seat covers (front and back), new door panels, reconditioned arm rests, new fake wood overlays, new dash pad, correct AM radio, gauges cleaned and all working. New Cooper tires and 15" rallye rims with new trim rings and center caps. Headliner has been replaced and the roof insulated. All the bright work has been polished and looks great. The wiring has been gone through and replace/repaired as needed. The air conditioning (factory) is there but is non-functional (old R-12 system). All the wiring for it has been retained and looks correct for the year and model. Radiator was re-cored (retaining the factory numbers) and keeps the engine on the lower end of the temp gauge. Trunk looks brand new with a reconditioned "correct" jack and new mat. The engine compartment also looks new and has all the proper decals and the fender tag. There is also the original build sheet. I have a clean green Michigan title in my name.
This car is not "perfect", but it is also not $60K! It is a really really nice car that could easily win awards at car shows. I have a ton of pictures of the rebuild and the whole build is on an A Body forum. https://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/threads/1974-dodge-dart-sport-rebuild.578540/ I hid nothing on this car as it was done right. There is a ton of money, over $28,000 in parts alone, that went into this car (I have the receipts and can show a serious buyer) and over 1,229 build hours. I will not recover all of that, not even half, but I enjoy bringing these cars back for a second chance at life.
