Classic Car Overview
Mildly modded 1974 Charger SE. Power windows, power steering, power brakes. Runs beautifully with a mellow rumble. No back fees. **Clean title in hand** Registered till 1/10/2023. California car with minimal rust and straight body.
Bumper delete kit, smooth molded top, 71 headlight grille conversion, Hurst floor shifter, MSD ignition, Headman headers, Magnaflow side exit exhaust, LED blackout tail lights (have original lens covers). New/near new tires with 99-95% tread left. DYC Plastidip Matte White finish.
*Originally a 318 V8. Now has an LA360 4BBL Engine transplant from the same year and roughly same mileage. Engine casting #: 3418496-2-360. (Engine and chassis have approximately 230,000 mi)
*Rebuilt 3 speed transmission TF904 (A998) installed at approximately 227,000 with a new TCI Street Rodder Torque converter and B&M Flexplate.
*New engine cooling fan, oil pan and oil pan gasket installed at approximately 227,000
*Prothane body bushings, and Moog upper and lower ball joints installed at approximately 227,000
*Front wheel bearings, front brake calipers and lines replaced at 228,200
*New alternator and voltage regulator installed at approximately 230,000.
- Leaf springs are worn and due for replacement (will include new rubber leaf spring bushings and a new set of Monroe rear gas shocks)
- There is some steering slop. I purchased a full tie-rod set that I'm hoping will improve it but I haven't gotten to installing it. I'll include it with the vehicle.
- No cruise control
- Fuel gage is off by about 1/4 a tank
- Carpet and seat upholstery due for replacement
- Blower fan works but no a/c or cabin heat
- Plastidip paintjob needs a refresh
*Prefer to sell locally but as long as you're present for the test drive and able to exchange title and funds in person that works too. Price is firm.
