This Corvette is powered by a 350 cubic inch engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, 74,415 original miles. Its equipped with power steering, factory side exhaust, rally wheels, luggage rack, saddle interior, HEI ignition, Edelbrock aluminum intake, Edelbrock carburetor, Gymkhana suspension, X-A/C, and much more.
We performed a full service that included an oil and filter change and a complete chassis inspection and lubrication. Additional recent work includes new sway bar links, clutch kit and pressure plate, rag joint, fuel pump hoses, tail shaft seal, distributor, and a complete carpet set, along with several other improvements.
The previous owners made extensive updates as well, replacing the strut rods, rear leaf spring, rear sway bar, trailing arm bushings, leaf spring rubbers, and fiberglass bumper covers. The car was also refinished in base coat/clear coat paint and fitted with new seat covers and other cosmetic enhancements.
Overall, this Corvette runs and drives strong with its current engine and presents as a well-cared-for, nicely updated example thats ready to enjoy.
In 1974, GM only built 12,356 4 speed Corvettes out of 38,000 total production. This was the first year for rubber bumpers on front and rear, and the only year for a split rear bumper.
