The Most Desirable Corvette Ever?

The 1967 Corvette is considered the most-loved Corvette ever produced. The combination of classic C2 styling, along with an incredible array of powertrain and comfort options, makes it one of the most desirable Corvettes ever. Not bad for a car that was never supposed to be made!

The ZR-1's production run from 1990-95 was one of the most exciting times for Corvette enthusiasts in recent memory. In the mid-1980s, rumors of a "King of the Hill" Corvette began to leak out of Detroit and into America's speed shops and dealerships.

Classic Car Overview

1974 Corvette Stingray- Nice 1974. Original 350 cubic inch engine with edlebrock intake and carburetor added, 32000 original miles, clear title. 5th owner, t-tops , 3 speed turbo 400 automatic runs good. No.ac , but bracket there, new bluetooth jvc stereo system. 6 speakers, Good tires.. Good brakes , paint good condition, many newly replacd parts tires shocks u joints etcetera.... transmission service fluids changed at last oil change, tires rotated. passenger side mirror came off at the carwash I have it, it comes with, been replaced, see pics, also has a jack and a tire tool and spare tire mounted underneath. Its all therehas a jvc six soeaker bluetooth system, with hands free calling. Works awesome. Just as the car. The 3rd Generation Corvette spanned the peak of the performance era and the depths of the 1970s. Its new shape came almost directly from the Mako Shark II show car, and there were both convertible and coupe versions, the latter now fitted with T-tops. Big blocks were available from 1968 to 1974, with output from 390-hp to 560-hp. The 350-ci small-blocks ranged from the 1970 LT1 at 370-hp (gross) to the 1975 L48 at 165-hp (net). Major revisions for 73 and 77 altered body styling details (no more chrome bumbers!) and added creature comforts. 1968-1972 Corvettes offer the most performance and are the most collectible, and high-horsepower 1968-69 cars will cost well into six figures. However the 1974 was ghe last year of no catalytic converter nor smog pump being required. 1974 is also the first year of the monochromatic Corvettes, featuring much cleaner lines than the 73 and prior and No large chromed bumbers. With a minimal of aftermarket additions to yhe air intake and carburetion , as this car has. The stock 285 horsepower is boosted to about 325 or 330 horsepower, with the reliability of a Chevrolet 350 cubic inch motor. To many, the 1974 is a transitional beauty. A corvette that changed the lineage of not just Corvette, but all cars.
