The Volkswagen Kombi van reached iconic status, with even a school lunch box fashioned in its image. During those early years, the Volkswagen Microbus morphed into various forms. From a cargo carrier with no windows behind the driver's seat to a windowed passenger van with three rows of seats, the possibilities seemed endless.

Classic Car Overview

This Karmann Ghia was completely restored in 2014-2015 and comes with documentation. There are hundreds of pictures showing before and during the process. The 2110cc Motor was built, purchased and dyno-tuned from JC's Volks Masters (Dyno Sheet available). Since restoration, the vehicle has been driven approximately 2000 miles. Odometer reads 24,993 - was not replaced at time of restoration. It has a cool Vintage Speed Roof Rack. Frunk in the front, Engine Compartment in the rear. All upholstery was completed together - door panels, seats, sunvisors and headliner are in great condition and match. The exterior paint is Mouse Gray. The floor, undercarriage and inner doors have Super Liner coating matching the Mouse Gray exterior. AC blows cold! Retro Sound Radio. Disc Brakes and mostly factory replacement on mechanical parts. Subtle pinstripe matches the touches of red in the interior and on the wheels. Car runs and drives great.
