Classic Car Overview

This is the perfect representation of a 1970's muscle car. No expense was spared in keeping this 1973 Mercury Cougar XR7 true to form. No accidents, no leaks, Original 351 Cleveland correctly transformed into a CJ, original miles, all numbers matching, original paint, trim and interior. Runs very strong. This car is only driven in perfect weather conditions and always garaged. I just need to reduce my collection or I would be keeping this gem.
**I am the second owner. I have a copy of the original title from the original owner and paperwork on the car going back to 1984.**
If you're like me and respect the "Gentlemen's Hotrod", then this one-of-a-kind beast is just what you're looking for to turn heads. It won the 1963 and newer American Muscle Car Award at the Elks Club Car show. The early 70's are the hottest rides on the road right now. There is definitely not another one like it out there.
Condition: The original paint is still in very good shape. There are some chips and a few little specs where surface rust has show, but this can be easily cleaned up. There is a closeup of this below the front grill picture. The top (no cracks), interior and chrome is all in excellent condition. The XR7 badge on the back of the car was installed crooked. From what I can tell, the original badge was either removed or stolen and the 1st owner tried to put a new one back on, but must have had a few too many for his hand to stay steady.
